Products Details

NBD SURGICAL HUB' Infant Infant Lid Speculum is a surgical tool utilized by ophthalmic surgeons to expose the operating site by separating the upper and lower eyelids from each other. This instrument features a v-shaped lightweight wire structure composed by two rounded shafts fitted with two open wire blades. The surgeon carefully inserts both blades beneath the respective eyelids and controls the degree of spreading by tightening both shafts with his fingers until an optimal view of the surgical field is obtained. This device's blades are designed in a 4mm profile, and are specifically tailored to atraumatically treat newborn patients. Surtex Instruments cares about comfort and quality standards, that's why we manufacture our eyelid speculums utilizing the finest stainless steel and the most innovative crafting techniques.
